Where do I start? Didn't know anything about saunas, went there expecting to get a 2 person IR sauna and left with a hybrid sauna for 6. We love our sauna and the follow up has been amazing. I would highly recommend them. Their showroom is amazing. Picture is the unit installed at home.

I can't tell you how easy he made it when we came to narrowing down our choices and what fit best in our space and what we wanted for our hydrotherapy needs. We ordered the new 2024 model of the Hot Springs Flair and while it took a bit longer to get, Bailey kept us informed weekly on any new updates he had. When the truck arrived he was able to schedule our install right away! Bailey follow up on the delivery & install right away, and walked us through set by step on what to do for the initial set up and water care. He seriously made set up, a breeze! We purchased a sauna from Thatcher. Darren was our salesman. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured. The whole team was great to work with. They have excellent customer service and were very responsive to questions we had. I would highly recommend Thatcher!

We spent about a year shopping for a hot tub and we stopped into Thatcher and met with Brandon and ended up ordering a Hot Springs Spa. Brandon was by far the best sales person we worked with out of any company and we were able to find a tub that worked with our unique location in our backyard. After the sale the installation team was great and even answered calls from our electrician after hours. Cassidy was a tremendous help when we were filling the tub and balancing the water for the first time. We had one small issue with a jet and again Thatcher made it easy sending a technician and had that fixed efficiently. The hot tub is great but the service after the sale has been even more impressive. Thank you all so much for the great experience and for the great hot tub!
