Warranty and Service Scheduler

Hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday, 8-4:30pm; 7:30-4 in Summer Months.
Compensation: starting at $19.00

Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic warranty and service scheduler for a senior-level position to join our growing team. Job Duties:
● Ensure that all warranty parts are kept organized and stored in the proper area
● Use spreadsheet to track when claims are submitted and closed out when we
receive credit/parts/money for the parts and labor
● Work with Controller to track when we get reimbursed for warranty items
● Assist the Service Scheduler with various tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
● Proficient computer skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
● High degree of attention to detail
● Data entry experience
● Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
