Service Technician

Hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday, 8-4:30pm; 7:30-4 in Summer Months.
Compensation: Starting at $24.00
Location: Rochester, MN, United States

Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented service technician for an entry level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

● Filling out notes after completing each service call
● Reading notes prior to leaving for that day
● Keeping truck clean and organized on a daily basis
● Punctuality on a consistent basis and dressing in a clean and neat appearance
● Attending service meetings on Friday mornings
● Communicating with customers while on the job via phone, and e-mail
● Essential part of the job to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied
● Communicating with office staff in regards to ordering parts, schedule changes, and job estimates

Qualifications:

● Basic hand and power tool usage
● Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
● Customer service skills
● Valid driver’s license
● Mechanically inclined
