JOB DESCRIPTION

Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented Service Technician for an entry level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Filling out notes after completing each service call
• Reading notes prior to leaving for that day
• Keeping truck clean and organized on a daily basis
• Punctuality on a consistent basis and dressing in a clean and neat appearance
• Attending service meetings on Friday mornings
• Communicating with customers while on the job via phone, and e-mail
• Essential part of the job to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied
• Communicating with office staff in regards to ordering parts, schedule changes, and job estimates

Qualifications:

• Basic hand and power tool usage
• Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanically inclined
