A spa opening includes:
- Filling the spa with water up to normal operating level, using customer provided hose and water source.
- Customer must have hose hooked up to designated spigot they would like us to use to fill spa.
- Installing clean cartridge filters provided by the customer.
- Starting pumps and ensuring spa running and heating as it should be.
- Clean and protect spa cover (use Clean & Perfect cleaner to remove dirt and debris and Cover Shield to add protective layer).

Spa closing includes:
- Running system flush to purge spa lines before draining (includes system flush).
- Draining the water out of the spa spa (customer must provide us with preferred location to drain water).
- Wiping down shell of spa after draining.
- Blowing water out of plumbing lines.
- Removing filters (to be brought inside for cleaning and storing by customer).
- Removing drain caps and drain plugs on pumps.
