JOB DESCRIPTION

Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented Service Technician for an entry level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

Filling out notes after completing each service call
Reading notes prior to leaving for that day
Keeping truck clean and organized on a daily basis
Punctuality on a consistent basis and dressing in a clean and neat appearance
Attending service meetings on Friday mornings
Communicating with customers while on the job via phone, and e-mail
Essential part of the job to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied
Communicating with office staff in regards to ordering parts, schedule changes, and job estimates

Qualifications:

Basic hand and power tool usage
Lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
Mechanically inclined
