Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking detail-oriented and dynamic Summer Installers for entry-level positions to join our growing team. Thatcher Pools is a premier pool and spa retailer. If you are looking for a fast paced and fun, seasonal environment, this is the position for you. Seasonal positions are available starting in April and end in October (dates can be flexible). Thatcher Pools and Spas is located in Rochester, MN.

Job Duties:

• Assisting installation teams with a variety of daily tasks
• Assisting with basic pool and spa installations and maintenance
• Cleaning up after technician crew on job site
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• High degree of attention to detail
• Able to work in varying weather conditions
• Customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
• Working knowledge of general hand and power tools
