JOB DESCRIPTION

Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Customer Service representative for an intermediate level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

Helping customers in rotation with other Customer Service and Sales Associates
Answering phone calls and helping customers solve problems and find parts
Testing water and helping customers solve any water related issues
Keep the front desk neat and clean in appearance on a daily basis
Completing weekly cleaning tasks as assigned
Ensure that pool and spa kits are kept stocked and ready for delivery in the back
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
High degree of attention to detail
Comfortable working with a variety of customers
Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
Working knowledge of general office equipment
