Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a high-functioning, detail-oriented and dynamic customer service representative for an intermediate level position to join our growing team. Job Duties:
Helping customers in rotation with other Customer Service and Sales Associates

• Answering phone calls and helping customers solve problems and find parts
• Testing water and helping customers solve any water related issues
• Keep the front desk neat and clean in appearance on a daily basis
• Completing weekly cleaning tasks as assigned
• Ensure that pool and spa kits are kept stocked and ready for delivery in the back
• Finding small parts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• High degree of attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Comfortable working with a variety of customers
• Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
• Working knowledge of general office equipment
