At Thatcher Pools & Spas, we believe pools and spas are more than products– they’re spaces for wellness, connection, and fun. As a Customer Service Associate, you’re the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in their experience. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to learn—no prior pool or spa experience needed. We provide full training.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assist with questions about products, services, parts, and water care
- Test pool and spa water samples; explain results and recommend products or maintenance steps
- Process transactions using the POS system and assist with invoicing and follow-ups
- Prepare and load customer orders, including lifting products as needed
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, orderly store and display areas
- Answer phone calls and emails; assist with basic scheduling and service questions
- Support seasonal tasks, promotions, and in-store events
- Work with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Friendly, clear communication with customers and coworkers
- Willingness to learn products, water care, and basic troubleshooting
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, including busy and slower seasons
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Able to lift and stock products, use ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
