TRUCK CHARGE
Covers the cost of the Vehicle, Insurance, Fuel, drive time. Charge is per trip to the customers location.
- Truck Charge 1: $40 per Trip (locations within 15 miles of Rochester)
- Truck Charge 2: $55 per Trip (locations within 30 miles of Rochester)
- Truck Charge 3: $70 per Trip (locations within 45 miles of Rochester)
- Truck Charge 4: $85 per Trip (locations within 60 miles of Rochester)
- Truck Charge 5: $100 per Trip (locations within 75 miles of Rochester)
- Truck Charge 6: $115 per Trip (locations within 90 miles of Rochester)
SERVICE CALLS
Diagnostic Service Fee: $159
- The initial Diagnostic service fee includes up to one (1) hour of diagnostic labor for the first visit.

Any labor after the initial service visit or exceeding the included hour will be billed at a rate of $130 per hour, charged in ½-hour increments.

ADD-ON SERVICES & PRICING
Pricing is based on a service call, truck charge, amount of sand required and possibly additional labor.
- 100 – 150 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge
- 175 – 300 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge + One hour labor $130
- 325 – 500 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge + Two hours labor $260
- 525 – 1,000 lbs. = Service call and Truck Charge + Two men two hours labor $520
POOL OPENINGS
In-Ground Pool Opening: $309
- Includes the first service appointment, up to a maximum of one (1) hour of labor.
- A truck charge will apply to each trip including the initial visit. (See chart at top of page)
- Any labor after the initial service visit or exceeding the included hour will be billed at a rate of $130 per hour, charged in ½-hour increments.
Aboveground Pool Opening $264 (pool must be at operating level to complete startup of equipment)
- Includes the first service appointment, up to a maximum of one (1) hour of labor.
